Meditation Retreat
Unwrap the gift of true happiness
Surrounded by the beautiful Pai mountains, we teach a simple, accessible approach to meditation that allows you to access the inner happiness that has always been within you.
Join us for a 7-day retreat
In just seven days, experience profound transformation through meditation taught by Buddhist monks. When we stop focusing on doing, we remember the joy of simply being.
Availability
We offer retreats regularly throughout the year from June through February, taking a break in the spring months to maintain the grounds.
The same 7-day meditation retreat program is offered in each session and is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, as there is plenty of personalized guidance. The program is taught by Buddhist monks with decades of meditation experience.
Regardless of which time of year you plan to visit, the retreat grounds hosts a seasonal beauty that is ready to welcome you home.
